Dream!! That’s what has motivated every successful person on this earth and kept them going. Just like that,” Redtrack Designers” is also a dream, My Dream!! We, three friends started this company 10 years ago as we always wanted to have our own business. And, as every great thing needs time and hard-work, this too demanded the same which we put in with lots of enthusiasm and dedication. However, no business is stable in the beginning and when it occurred with us; we slowly got away from our dream and started the job again to meet with our daily necessities. Even though we excelled in our jobs, the dream was still there waiting to be united again. It kept on asking, What are you doing? Why are you going away from me? It got difficult for me to answer those questions and I left my job one more time and returned to my dream. This time I started differently. In the beginning, I did freelance drawings and small scale projects. After that my destiny changed and I got my first project to design a hospital in Bhilad for Dr. Shri Vastav. It was really generous of him to place his trust in me. My self-esteem increased and that became the turning point of my life. Today, not just me but also other people know and trust my dream, Redtrack Designers!!
