There’s something about day-of stationery that we absolutely love! The invitation sets the tone, but this is where the experience comes through.

Bar menus, food station signs, table details - they give us room to play. With materials, textures, layers, and constructions- we make it tactile and alive.

For this Mughal inspired Sangeet, we leaned into deep jewel tones, intricate patterns, laser-cut layers and tassels to create bar menus and food signs. 🫶

Cannot believe it’s been a year since this we made this beautiful invite for Vishal and Aanshi🥰
The brief was lovely, the couple loved the tree of life and block print motifs and wanted us to weave the two together with colour and vibrancy 💯🫶 From the choice of paper to the print treatments, everything came together wonderfully and we had such a blast working on this.

The deeper I get into this craft, the more I’m realising how differently everyone approaches their creative journey. There’s this unspoken idea that at some point, you either focus on the art or you focus on the business - that you can’t really do both deeply at the same time.

And I don’t even know if that’s true or not. All I know is that right now, I’m trying to do both. And it’s not easy. Running a business is all-consuming - the clients, the deadlines, the constant push to grow something you care about, something you’ve built from your craft. And at the same time, there’s this other part of me that refuses to switch off. The part that wants to study more. Practice more. Get better. Go deeper. And it honestly feels like a bit of a tug of war sometimes between the hustle and the quiet.

I don’t really know where that balance lands yet. But I do know this - every time I learn something new, I realise how much more there is beneath the surface. And that feeling… is very, very humbling. It makes you realise you’re never really “done.”

And I think choosing to stay in that space- to keep being curious, to keep pushing yourself is a choice. I don’t think I’ll ever feel like I know enough. And maybe that’s the whole point. 💭✍🏼

We’ve been enjoying creation day of stationery for all our events! Whether it’s bar and food station signs or coasters and cocktail napkins - bring it all in one cohesive design language is what we love to do!
These were some signs for the Mehendi of our lovely bride Nuzhat in Miami 😍 the brief was simple - keep is fresh, light and floral. Ofcourse we had to play with some layers, to create some depth and if you look closely, the bar sign has a linen backing layer that I am totally loving!

A project I can never get over - our first packaging design for the Mumbai Mint.
We were approached to design the packaging for a set of commemorative coins. The brief was simple - create something for the Ashtamangal coin that is a class apart from all the packaging done before - international but yet grounded in our roots, one that is unique and fresh - something that India hasn’t seen.
Weaving in mandalas and calligraphy, bringing out the eight auspicious symbols, I’m so proud of what we achieved 🫶🧿
Here’s to manifesting more unique projects that challenge us and push our boundaries.

Es**rt cards, with a little extra ✍🏼🫶
Recently, for a wedding in Miami, and the sweetest bride ever, we worked on all the day of stationery items, something we’ve been loving!!

Commonly created for western weddings are seating charts and es**rt cards for the wedding day reception dinner. The vibe for this was green, ivory and a touch of chinoiserie. We decided to write in Spencerian with a classic gold ink (which by the way stands out on this green so well😍) Once you find your name, you pick it up, flip it around and open to see which table you’re seated on.

What a fun project! Day of accessories for a 40th birthday party! Everything from the entry sign to my large size letter D was so fun putting together.
We had to figure out the mechanism of the signs and the D to be able to construct up and fill with flowers 🌸 which by the way nailed 😍
