My point of view:

- Slashing the premium in 2021 BMC earned a massive financial bonanza of Rs. 12,000 crore.

- The concessions should continue as it largely contributes towards making many projects viable

- It has and will boost the real estate sector

- It will also help in price control for end-users.

- The revenue earned will also boost the infrastructure, a win-win situation for the overall development of the city.
