DSP Design continues to deepen its presence across Eastern India with a new hospitality commission for Radisson Blu Hotel, Kolkata.

The 150-key project, spanning 1,30,000 sq. ft., marks a significant addition to the studio’s growing body of work in the region and across sectors and typologies.

Eastern India has become one of the studio’s most active and considered geographies and a Hospitality win at this scale feels like a natural and earned next step.

Symmetry in Shadow: The architecture of this residence leans into a disciplined symmetry, articulated through black steel, charcoal stone, and deep-toned planes that frame the villa like a modern sculpture. Glass façades dissolve boundaries, allowing nature to spill into the architecture. Lush greens stand as counterpoints, heightening the drama of the dark palette. The final impression is one of seamless integration: a structure where shadow frames the landscape, and the landscape, in turn, completes the architecture.
