The residence is conceived as a continuous spatial experience, where the distinction between the interior and the terrace begins to dissolve. Large openings allow the living and dining spaces to open directly onto the outdoor areas, creating a seamless relationship between the home, the landscape and the sea.
The terraces become an extension of everyday living — spaces for dining, entertaining and gathering, while maintaining uninterrupted views of the waterfront. Existing elements were retained and reworked, allowing the old and new to coexist while creating a home that feels open, connected and responsive to its surroundings.
The design embraces the principles of Wabi-Sabi, working with the existing structure and finding beauty in its imperfections, materials and found elements.
