Architecture is never just about walls rising from the ground.
It is about an idea slowly finding its form, rhythm, and relationship with the land around it.

At Mrida Boutique Winery, every frame from the construction journey reflects a deeper narrative one where structure, landscape, experience, and emotion are being shaped together.

From above, the composition begins to reveal itself.
The tasting gallery, curved colonnades, open courtyards, amphitheatre, and gathering spaces start reading as one connected experience woven into the natural terrain of Saputara. What appears as concrete and scaffolding today is gradually becoming a destination designed for pause, interaction, and memory.

The repetition of arches creates more than a façade it establishes rhythm.

A rhythm that guides movement, frames light, softens transitions, and connects people to space. Each curve standing on site carries the dialogue between design intent and craftsmanship, where every detail is being translated carefully from drawing to reality.

Beyond the built masses, the quieter spaces are equally important.

The open decks, landscaped courts, water edges, and in-between pauses are being crafted to shape how people will feel within the project. These are the elements that transform architecture into an experience spaces that invite conversations, stillness, celebration, and return.

What makes this journey meaningful is witnessing the project evolve layer by layer from vision to structure, and eventually into a living destination rooted in context, materiality, and atmosphere.

A project that is not only being constructed, but carefully composed.

Some destinations are visited.

Others are experienced, remembered, and spoken about long after the evening ends.

Designed by Synectics Architects, this contemporary winery is envisioned as more than a place for wine tasting. It is an immersive destination where architecture, landscape, culture, and human experience flow together seamlessly.

The project unfolds through graceful arched colonnades that wrap around the central courtyard, connecting the tasting gallery, restaurant, and open seating spaces into one uninterrupted spatial rhythm. Every transition is intentional. Every pause is designed to be felt.

Beyond the tasting experience, the architecture opens itself to moments of stillness and gathering shaded courtyards, open decks overlooking the landscape, an amphitheater for curated experiences, and a calm reflective water body that anchors the atmosphere of the space.

Rather than creating a standalone structure, the vision was to craft a destination that slows time down. A place where conversations stretch longer, evenings feel softer, and the memory of the experience stays with you far beyond the visit.

This is destination architecture shaped through collective intelligence, spatial clarity, and emotional experience.

A destination shaped by rhythm, memory, and experience.

At Hatgad, Saputara, this boutique winery by Synectics Architects is imagined not as a standalone structure, but as a spatial journey.

The design is anchored in a strong architectural gesture a soaring, chapel-like volume that becomes both a visual landmark and an emotional anchor within the landscape.
Encircling this central form, a continuous series of arched colonnades establishes a rhythmic language across the site. These arches do more than frame views they choreograph movement. From tasting galleries to dining spaces, from shaded corridors to open courts, each transition feels seamless, intuitive, and deliberately paced.

The planning dissolves rigid boundaries. Spaces spill into one another, much like the experience of wine itself layered, gradual, and evolving. Courtyards invite pause, decks extend outward into the terrain, and an amphitheatre creates moments of gathering and celebration. The inclusion of still water elements further amplifies calmness, reflecting both architecture and sky to heighten sensory engagement.
Materiality and form work together to balance warmth with monumentality. The structure feels grounded in its context while still carrying a distinct identity timeless yet contemporary.

More than a winery, this is an experiential landscape. A place designed to slow you down, to engage your senses, and to stay with you long after you leave.

Six acres on the Delhi–Mumbai highway. A river behind. A question in front.

What does this location actually deserve?

Synectics Architects, Nashik brought the design vision. LOTL Infra brought the strategic lens the one that asked the harder question before the first line was drawn. What does this highway actually stop for?

The answer reshaped the project.

The food court was conceived first. A parametric structure engineered for highway visibility at speed and pedestrian transition once stopped. The anchor that drives footfall and makes everything else viable - the banquet, the fine-dine, the rooftop, the lounge, the cottages, the infinity pool, the marriage lawn.

239,580 sq ft of land. 40,179 sq ft of built-up form leading the way.

Phase 1, almost ready. March 2026.

A 6-acre campus on the banks of a river. Designed by Synectics Architects. Strategically structured by LOTL Infra.
The right structure, in the right place.

A sculptural expression of movement, this project by Synectics Architects transforms a transient highway stop into a memorable spatial experience.

Rooted in the idea of fluidity, the architecture evolves as a continuous surface blurring the boundaries between roof, wall, and structure. The sweeping form is not just visual; it actively guides movement, drawing visitors inward while creating a strong and iconic roadside identity. The dynamic roofscape appears to float, yet is grounded by a robust structural framework that subtly reveals the logic behind its complexity.

Set in Pimpalgaon, Nashik, the project responds to its context as a pause point along a journey. It reimagines the conventional highway stopover into an immersive environment where dining, leisure, and circulation seamlessly merge. The exposed structural grid beneath the flowing skin creates a dialogue between precision and organic form, giving the space both character and clarity.

Materiality plays a key role in enhancing this experience. The warm tones of the outer skin contrast with the light, open interior, creating a sense of shelter while maintaining visual permeability. The circular base anchors the building, reinforcing its presence as a landmark while allowing uninterrupted movement around and within.

More than just a destination, this space is designed as an experience inviting travelers to slow down, engage, and connect.

It is architecture that doesn’t just occupy space, but shapes how it is felt.

Panache, Igatpuri - a hospitality project where architecture, interiors, and landscape are conceived as a single, integrated system.

Set within the natural contours of Igatpuri, the project responds to its terrain through a bold structural expression and layered spatial planning. The built form is defined by a striking angular framework, deep overhangs, and elevated volumes that frame views while regulating light and climate. Open decks, transitional spill-out spaces, and a carefully designed arrival sequence establish a seamless dialogue between the built and the natural.

Internally, the design continues this intent through material continuity and controlled palettes. Double-height volumes, framed openings, and visual connections extend the experience outward, while spaces like the lounge and recreation areas are planned for both comfort and interaction. The integration of lighting - both architectural and decorative adds depth, enhances spatial hierarchy, and activates the project through different times of the day.
From structure to interiors to landscape, every layer is aligned to ensure clarity, usability, and cohesion.

Recognized at the GeeVees Awards 2025 under Hospitality Projects – Architecture & Interior, Panache stands as an outcome of collective intelligence, disciplined ex*****on, and a holistic design approach.
