I am thrilled to share that I have successfully completed the Independent Directors Program from the Directors Institute.

Having spent over 35 years in the door and window hardware and architectural solutions industry, this certification is a natural evolution of my professional career. It has equipped me with the advanced governance frameworks and strategic insights necessary to serve as an Independent Director on corporate boards.

What I bring to the table: Throughout my three-decade career, I have navigated the complexities of manufacturing, trading, and scaling businesses—from starting to work with family owned brand Yen Door Closer to managing expansive international partnerships with industry leaders like dormakaba, Aluplast India Pvt Ltd. until recent past and now working as a Platinum Channel Partner for Eternia Windows - Hindalco, Aditya Birla GroupA.

My tenure as a leader and entrepreneur has provided me with:

"Train them Young... " - At URBANDORZ, we always love to interact and coach the youngsters with the Industry knowledge and experience we have earned in the past 6 decades of our working with Architectural Fittings & Solutions. Last week we had the students batch from JIMS Vasant Kunj - Interior Design course at our showroom and the interaction was not only to make our product presentation to them, it also allows us to share our learning from the market and update ourselves too when they pose enthusiastic questions.

Thanks to the coordinators from JIMS to give us the opportunity to interact with youngsters and ahare our knowledge with them.
