A room comes alive when you layer it with texture. Woven fabrics that bring the colours of a rainbow indoors, earthy wood that grounds the space, natural finishes that add warmth - it makes you pause and savour the scene.

Rich textures invite you to linger. We believe the most beautiful spaces are felt as much as they are seen.
Discover a world of texture, colour and craft at Souk.

Interior trends come and go, but some things are truly timeless - much like our artefacts.

With so many styles and trends to choose from, decorating your home can be overwhelming. We like to keep it simple with a few rules that help every piece feel intentional, add personality to the space, and, most importantly, still feel uniquely yours.

Because the best interiors don’t follow trends blindly - they also tell your story.

Legend has it that the mesmerising colours and overlapping patterns of ikat were inspired by a heavenly rainbow reflected in a pond. Captivated by the sight, a weaver carried the image back to his workshop, translating its beauty into silk.

Known as abr in Uzbekistan (Persian for “cloud”), ikat has since become one of the country’s most distinctive textile traditions.

Our velvet ikat chair brings that rich heritage home, adding colour, pattern and personality wherever it sits.

How do you choose the right art for your home?
Some people choose pieces that say something. Some simply choose what looks beautiful. Others love the thrill of finding a piece to add to their collection.

So, is there a right way to choose art? Not really. Think about your space, trust your gut, and most importantly, choose something you’ll want to look at every day.

The right piece is the one that feels right to you.

Brass Alams were processional standards, Deccan metalwork, hammered and weighted to lead devotional gatherings. The finial rose high. The brass caught light.

The processions are memory now. What was functional became sculptural.

Some pieces don’t simply fill a space - they centre it.

Art that makes the walls come alive, décor that starts a conversation, furniture that is as functional as it is beautiful - these are the pieces that draw the eye and give a room its character. Our tip? Choose one statement piece, and let everything else find its place around it.

The art of making a space come together, curated at Souk.

Reverse glass painting flips the entire process. The artist starts with what should finish last and builds outward from there, ending with the background. Once the final layer dries, nothing can be corrected. No touch-ups. No second attempts. Just one uninterrupted hand, frozen under glass.
