Our journey with Henfruit began with a fundamental question: why does the regional food industry prioritize “healthy” labels over products that are truly healthy in essence? When Mr. Tarun Gupta approached us to establish an egg sorting and grading facility, we saw an opportunity to deliver a product backed by evidence—one entirely free from antibiotics and chemicals.
The challenge was immense. With no existing case studies or visuals to guide us, we had to build the blueprint from scratch. Relying solely on Mr. Gupta’s vision, we meticulously planned every process line with surgical precision, leaving no margin for error. Through a series of radical trials and innovative solutions, we accomplished the impossible. In just six months, we transformed a greenfield site into a fully operational, high-end food-grade facility. It has been a privilege to partner with such an enterprising team to set a new benchmark for transparency and health.
