Residential Villa | Architectural Design
This project was undertaken with a clear brief—to create a contemporary urban villa that balances privacy, daylight, and long-term material performance. The site conditions required careful massing, controlled openings, and a façade language that remains calm yet distinctive.
Key challenges included managing vertical proportions, integrating balconies without visual clutter, and ensuring weather protection while maintaining openness.
Design solutions focused on layered volumes, recessed balconies, durable exterior finishes, and shaded transitional spaces to improve thermal comfort and usability.
Outcome: A refined residential form that responds to climate, context, and client requirements, while maintaining architectural clarity and material restraint.
