Honestly I started LILAQ as me trying to prove something to myself. There was a time I kept waiting to feel ready-ready with more money, more confidence, more clarity but I realised I was just scared to start. So I did it anyway.

Ordered a small batch, set things up at home, packed flowers myself, posted reels not knowing if anyone would even care. Some days it felt small, like is this even going anywhere? But then I understood growth doesn’t always look dramatic.

LILAQ is still growing, still evolving, but so am I. And I think that’s the part people don’t see it’s not just about selling flowers, it’s about building something that reflects who I’m becoming.

Pune head Post office to the rescue.

So after packing today’s sample stems real touch artificial roses n 2 arrangements i realised the box was way heavier than expected. When DHL and FedEx quoted nearly 311k I honestly started stressing.

Checked Speed Post just in case and the quote was around 22k which felt like a blessing and staff were genuinely helpful.

Today’s work involved calla-lily, orchids and ivory roses. After adjusting the structure and balance, I trimmed the stems and set everything into place before pouring the resin.

For me, most arrangements fall into 3 worlds: ALL-WHITE, SOFT PATEL tones, or BOLD VIBRANT statements. Each one changes the mood of a space in its own way, whether it’s a dining table, coffee table, or a quiet corner that needs a little life.

The curing stage is where patience really matters. I check on the arrangements often making sure nothing shifts and the resin temperature stays stable. It’s a slow, intentional process that takes a full 24 hours before any piece is ready to leave the studio.
