Mohite and Associates is a leading interior design firm specializing in creating elegant and functional spaces for homeowners and luxury residential clients. With over 18 years of expertise, we offer end-to-end design solutions, consultations, and turnkey projects across Pune.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Remote Sales Manager to help convert inbound leads into clients. This role is commission-based with no upper cap on earnings, allowing for unlimited income potential. During the first two months, a minimum base salary of ₹5,000 will be provided. Afterward, compensation will be solely commission-based, depending on successful lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert inbound leads into projects by understanding client needs and pitching relevant design solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

Follow up on leads, schedule consultations, and ensure seamless communication.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure smooth handover post-sale.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (preferably in interior design or related fields).

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (knowledge of Marathi is a plus but not mandatory).

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Compensation:

First two months: ₹5,000 base salary + commission on conversions.

Post two months: Commission-only (with no upper limit on earnings).
