Nolen gur diye ghono chhanar payesh. Badam diye.

1 litre cow milk katiye chhana ta jol jhoriye valo kore mekhe rakhte hobe. Er modhyei nolen gur andajmoto mishiye nite hobe.

Ebar 500 ml dudh ghono kore tar modhye milk powder mishiye ready rakhte hobe.

Ekta pan e 1 tbsp ghee gorom kore chopped nuts ar chhana makha ta valo kore 3 minutes bheje nite hobe. Ebar dudh ta olpo olpo kore mishiye payesh er moto patla korte hobe. Thanda holay kichuta tene jabe. Kichukhhon boil koruk. Narate thakte hobe jate lege na jaye. Aro mishti lagle gur add korte hobe. Elaichi powder optional. Ghee ektu bheshe uthle gas off. Serving bowl e transfer kore opore nuts chhoriye thanda kore serve koro.

Microwave orange cheesecake




Crumble 10 digestive biscuits and mix a little butter or white oil. Pack flat at the bottom of a glass microwave safe glass bowl. Freeze for 15 minutes

Meanwhile crumble 200 gm paneer, add 2 eggs, sugar-free 5 sachets or as per taste , 100 ml fresh cream, orange essence 5 drops and blend everything together. Add 2 tbsp milk if too dense.

Now pour over the frozen biscuits base. Microwave for 2 min at full power. Then microwave for 30s at a time till sides set and centre is a bit jiggly.

Take out and let it cool. Decorate with chopped pista and peeled deseeded orange cubes. Serve chilled.

Hello friends!!

Posting after a long, long time!!

It's a very hot summer this time. Advice pouring in to stay hydrated. So I thought of sharing a couple of well loved and healthy drinks to beat the heat.

No pics becoz the drinks were finished before I could click them. Next time, for sure!!

Watermelon slush:

Take one cup of cubed and deseeded red watermelon. Add 1/4 tsp ginger paste, powdered sugar 1 tsp, rock salt 1 pinch, half a small lemon and blend coarsely. Pour into a tall glass and add some ice cubes. Adjust sweetness. Adding a dash of Sprite or soda is an unhealthy option, but it is up to you. Enjoy!!

Iced tea:

To 1/3 cup boiled water, add 1.5 tsp tea leaves, chopped mint leaves and 2 tsp powdered sugar. Steep for 3 minutes. Strain into a tall glass and add chilled water. Squeeze in half a lemon through a strainer and add ice cubes. Adjust sweetness. Adding Sprite or soda optional. Enjoy!
