Beginner level Baking/ Icing &Decoration on Cakes Hands-On Class.
This will be a fully hands-on class. All students will work on individual real cakes ( no dummies). Each one will work on a different design so we can accommodate a maximum number of techniques. All course material required will be provided in class. At the end of the class, you will have a fully finished and decorated cake that you can take back home!

Course Content -
-3 different Sponge
-6 different varieties of flavor
(Buttercream and Fresh Cream)
- Layering, Crumb coating
- Finishing with Sharp knowledge of various types of food colours
- Storage, Shelf life, packaging and transportation
- Costing

-Marble Effect Cake

-Flower making with cream and Ganache
