Even if you buy land from near and dear friends and relatives, it is very much important to get the documents related to Home and land validated for legality. Never jump on to a deal in a hurry. Always make it a point to find the builders old projects, investigate by personally visiting and talking to multiple customers of previous projects and decide.
Always review the documents of land from developers. A mistake here may cause a great loss and suffering by losing your hard earned money. Only sign the agreement after you carefully review and understand. Never be pressurized to say Yes. Have a lion's heart to say No.
