An Idea of converting an old small mezzanine office, near about 300 sq-ft each floor into a re-usable one, in minimal budget which can be use later by higher executives.'
'Primary Challenge given by client was to convert same into a very charismatic,pleasing,attractive and unique.Prime idea behind same was to shift paradigm from regular contemporary or corporate look for corporate executives,with having requirements of Reception, Pantry,Private Toilet,Manager Cabin,Admin Cabin and Conference Cabin with minimum of 18 Staff employee.
Space planing was a real challenge for us and other Challenge was to deliver same within strong time frame of '30 days'.
'As an designer we accept challenge and very first attempt was to go with material which are not usually used in corporate office and at a same time are easy and fast to execute.
Used of Terracotta Jali,Artificial Green Grass,Bharat Floor Tiles,and minimal used of MS(Mild Steel)make the way ahead.
'A combination of Terracotta jali and artificial green grass make an prominent attractive wall which turn change the environment make a unique space in corporate office.
