Being an Interior Designer is not all glamourous. Most of the time I am the only woman dealing with male workers. It has taken years to establish authority, to make myself heard and also to build trust.
It is difficult but possible.
If you are a woman in a man's world, it may take time but you will be the one calling the shots one day !
