Twenty years with and Nadia still sees every day as an opportunity to evolve.
For her, trust in a project is earned by delivering what was asked for, within the agreed timeframe.
The word that best describes her work? Responsibility.

A project is not a sequence of choices. It is the way those choices come together. Architecture, interior design, materials, suppliers, timelines and construction all need to move in the same direction.
That is project management: making every decision serve a coherent whole and guiding the project through to completion.
At Studiolo 1844, this means bringing the project, the people and the process together under one clear direction — so you can live the result, not manage the complexity.

Before we design, we study the place.
At Villa Piave, the site visit is the first step in understanding the spaces, proportions, traces of time and new possibilities.
Studiolo 1844 is now shaping the architecture and interiors of Casa Santi — a new destination for dining and hospitality.

The ability to listen.
For Virginia, Store Manager at Arclinea Padova, this is the quality that makes a real difference: understanding not only what a client asks for, but how they imagine living their space.
Because every meaningful project begins with a conversation.
