What if the solution you need doesn’t exist yet? 💡

When it comes to lighting, a standard solution cannot always meet the specific requirements of an architectural project.

A technical constraint, a unique geometry, a precise lighting effect: the answer isn’t always already available in a catalogue.

That’s why the LED Italy team works alongside architects, lighting designers and professionals to develop lighting solutions tailored to the real needs of each project.

We don’t adapt the project to the product.
We develop the product around the project.

📌 Do you have a specific requirement you’d like to develop?

The same T Beach, in a completely different light ✨

As the sun sets, the umbrellas at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo take on a new identity, becoming glowing points of light overlooking Lake Como.

There was no need to add anything to the landscape.
What was needed was to work with what was already there.

This is how a custom solution was created, seamlessly integrating with the structure of the umbrellas and transforming their presence after dark.

💡 How many steps go into making a custom LED strip?

In the new episode of Inside LED Italy, we step inside our assembly department together with Anna Malivindi.

Every order is different: the type of LED, lengths, cables, materials and even the manufacturing processes can vary depending on the project and its final application.

Anna starts from the order, identifies the correct LED, checks dimensions and wiring requirements, then moves on to assembly and soldering — strip by strip — until the exact requested configuration is achieved.

Because there is much more behind our LED strips than simply cutting them to size: there is a whole sequence of skills, production steps and quality checks involving different departments, accompanying every product all the way through to final testing.

🇮🇹 This is the Made in Italy that often goes unseen.

But above all, respectful.

At the Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan, light complements the architecture without overpowering it: it follows the shapes, enhances the materials and creates a refined, balanced atmosphere.

With Linea Luce Flex Midi Line – Side Light LL10, LED Italy helped create lighting effects that highlight the structure and make its nighttime identity even more distinctive.

✨ Some materials need the right light to tell their story.

Stone, with its natural veining.
Ancient wood, with its grain.
Wrought iron, with its reflections.
Plaster, with its textures.

When light is too uniform, everything appears flat.
When it is carefully designed, materials come alive again.

In the new episode of Masters of Lights, we explore how contemporary LED lighting can enhance historic spaces without erasing their identity.
