Dürer Park Office Buildings, Budapest.⁠
Dürer Park is a masterplan and architectural project located next to Budapest’s Liget Park, transforming a former institutional site into a new mixed-use district immersed in nature. The project combines the restoration of a historic monastery with contemporary office buildings, creating a dialogue between heritage, landscape and architecture.⁠

Office Building 1 is conceived as a transparent and dynamic volume, characterized by staggered floor slabs, expansive glazed façades and vertical metal fins that regulate light while strengthening the connection with the surrounding park. Office Building 2 integrates the restoration of a historic monastery and chapel with a contemporary extension organized around a luminous central atrium, blending historical memory with a refined architectural language.⁠

RIIO is the second project from Tegra + Lissoni and will emerge in the exclusive district of Barra da Tijuca, looking over one of the largest beaches in Rio de Janeiro. The project was conceived to integrate harmoniously into the surrounding nature, providing all the apartments with unique and distinctive panoramic views of the ocean to one side, and to the other a luxuriant garden positioned centrally to the nine buildings that make up this exclusive residence.⁠

The architecture integrates into the landscape, blending in and providing continuity between the interior and the exterior: linear forms with façades and screening elements in wood generating a play of light and shade that adds dynamism to the structure.⁠
Each apartment is conceived as a suspended villa immersed in greenery, an intimate and private resort where the minimal but warm interiors are characterised by natural materials and neutral tones that create a relaxing and welcoming ambience.⁠

Additionally, residents have access to a series of shared amenities: gyms, a yoga and Pilates area, a beauty salon, an indoor pool and spa, four bars, two gourmet dining areas, an emporium, events spaces, children and youth areas, as well as pet care facilities.⁠
