In 2006 associate architects Roberto Corapi and Nicola Rovere founded Arch+Studio in Milan. It’s the actualization of a career path which started in 2001. The associates are supported by technical advisers and coworkers according to a multidisciplinary conception of the firm. Arch+Studio works on everyday life themes by offering a complete selection of services with special attention on energy and
environmental sustainability. The experience of the firm realizes by carrying out innumerable tasks completed with competence, passion and attention to client’s requests. As proof of that, there are varied works to which Arch+Studio approaches over the years without bonds: it stays independent by resisting to specializations. In terms of architectural planning, our work realizes in the redefinition of inner spaces, in the reconversion and recovery of disused buildings, till the conception and the creation of detached houses, collective residences and urban planning. Moreover Arch+Studio has consolidated a particular experience both in the strategic evaluation of functional and energy aspects of buildings (for block of flats for which the firm has created and now manages a specific service www.progetticondivisi.it) and in subjects connected to restoration and conservation of monumental buildings. The firm gives technical advices to building contractors, development companies and planners for the drafting of feasibility studies and for digital graphic scripts concerning architectural planning of new-built estates for residential, commercial and tertiary purpose (looking after administrative procedure). Arch+Studio also offers consultancy services to public Authorities: it supports administrations in the drafting of norms and procedures of urban planning. Furthermore gives technical advices in judicial and extrajudicial lawsuits of civil law. Thanks to fieldwork, Arch+Studio, besides offering a service concerning architectural planning and management of operations, is able to gather in one team all skills which are essential to deal with complemented planning of the following disciplines:

The charter members coordinate a team of coworkers and advisers: this group is formed on every client’s needs in order to guarantee delivery of the work in time and to respect the budget fixed in advance. All processes are looked after and controlled by the team with artisan dedication from the starting idea to the realization of the project. The increase in requests (both concerning a more attentive legislation on environmental services of buildings and concerning a more demanding commission with respect to the reaching of technical energy and plant industrial standards) determines the necessity of an integration between various disciplines and the structure which is served.
