Chiamato Plancha in Spagna e Francia o Teppanyaki in Giappone, il piano di cottura PLA.NET non è un barbecue tradizionale ma una superficie in acciaio inox funzionante a gas che va in temperatura velocemente, consentendo una cottura sana e gustosa, senza fumo e nel rispetto dell'ambiente. Inoltre puoi realizzare piatti impossibili per un barbecue tradizionale, ad esempio crepes o alimenti di piccole dimensioni come gamberetti, straccetti di carne, frutta e verdura sminuzzata.
