In 1908, Carlo Zago, thanks to his expertise as a craftman in the area of furniture manufacturing and repair, conceived the idea of creating a small laboratory in Venice. After thirty-seven years of business, in 1945 the Company was taken over by Carlo’s samenamed nephew who, at the age of twenty, began managing this Company that was becoming more and more important.

Set near Santa Fe and the Rocky Mountains, the Wolf house was designed by the legendary Ettore Sottsass.
This project, meticulously furnished by Zago back in 1985, features a large sloping glass roof that floods the entire double-height main hall with light.
All the panelling is in honey-toned sandstone, expertly chosen to echo the raw beauty of the surrounding country.
