MANTARA — Wall Art, La Murrina Fall
Mantara becomes a luminous wall sculpture: a composition of suspended gestures, tension and material weight. A faceted Murano glass core emerges from a fine metal structure, crossed by linear elements that sharpen its silhouette and give the piece an almost architectural presence.
For the Fall setting, Mantara moves into a darker register — monumental stone, low light, deep shadows and warm metallic reflections. The language is brutalist yet precise: part lighting object, part wall artwork, with a restrained, almost monolithic sensibility recalling the radical interiors of Rick Owens.
Light is not treated as decoration, but as material. It catches the irregular surface of the glass, exposes its depth and imperfections, and projects the geometry of the structure onto the wall behind it. Used individually or in a larger constellation, Mantara transforms the surface into a three-dimensional composition of glass, metal, shadow and light.
