It’s been a little while since I last posted but I have been busy making. Here are a few new pieces fresh from the kiln which are ready for my next fair which will be on Monday 31st August at the Samares Manor County Fair. 10-5pm.

You are invited to Penguin Potters Open Studios event - you can see where I make my pottery and browse my latest pieces. This is part of the Jersey Artists Open Studios event 2026.
And as a little extra I have invited some other local makers to come and join me in the garden showcasing their wonderful work.
I have also teamed up with Hotel Cristina who are just a few minutes walk away who are kindly offering 2 for 1 on drinks with every market purchase.

It was so nice to meet so many lovely people at my Artists Open Studios event last weekend. If you missed out on this amazing opportunity to see behind the scenes don’t worry - it’s not too late as I am opening my doors again this weekend. The kiln is on and there will be new pieces especially created for you.

I am busy getting ready for the Artists Open Studios event which starts next weekend 1 & 2 Aug when I’ll be opening my studio doors to you.
Along with spring cleaning the studio (shed!) this week, I was kindly invited onto bbc radio jersey BBC Jersey to talk about Penguin Potters and the Artist Open Studios event which was so lovely! Harry was so kind and genuinely interested in the pottery!
Now it’s back to glazing and getting some more lovely pieces ready for you.

Here is a little look at some of the new pieces that have just come out of the kiln. I love making pottery and I am loving these new pieces.

I have been busy getting ready for my first market of the year and will be bringing with me some new pieces which are currently in the kiln! If you’d like to see what I have been making you’ll have to be patient!
