Rivi Gardner Architects is one of Jamaica’s most experienced architectural firms, founded in January 1974. Our ultimate goal is to create architecture that blends into its environment, inspires and motivates its inhabitants. ts, as designed and managed the construction of a variety of projects, ranging from commercial to residential. From a commercial standpoint, the well-known Guardian Life Centre Building in New Kingston and the Audi Showroom on Oxford Road are just a few of the buildings Rivi Gardner Architects have constructed. The firm has also worked with the Jamaican government on the rehabilitation and construction of new Schools, Courthouses, Health Centres and Police Stations across the island. Some major hotels such as Negril Gardens Hotel and Sea Splash Hotel in Negril, El Greco in Montego Bay, Runaway Bay Heart Hotel and Breezes Runaway Bay in St. He also worked in partnership with Sant and Associates on the five star, 360 room hotel on the south coast of the island called Sandals Whitehouse. He also collaborated with Birk Hillman consultants on The Sangster’s International Airport Terminal in Montego Bay, Air Jamaica terminal and Air Jamaica’s First Class Lounge at the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston. The practice is devoted to a holistic approach - producing world class work that will contribute to fostering sustainable development for Jamaica.

We designed this wonderful 4,265 sq.ft. custom-built family home in Waterworks a couple of years ago that's now up for sale. (We're not selling it of course)

When we designed the home, we kept in mind the family's needs. The living room opens out to a lovely, bricked courtyard with a pergola.

Upstairs you will be thrilled to find a spacious landing perfect for a family TV room, Four well-appointed Bedrooms, and Three Full Bathrooms.

A special feature upstairs is the sizeable terrace off one of the bedrooms which offer a wonderful view of the mountains.

Throwback Thursday: In December 2017, we reconstructed Wortley Home for Girls at Maurice Hill, Constant Spring .

The design was a modern, split-level structure following the 2015 fire that destroyed the previous building.
The project was managed by Food for the Poor (FFP) under a memorandum of understanding with the Diocese of Jamaica and the Cayman Islands (Anglican), which owns and operates the home established in 1918.

The new Wortley Home accommodates 32 girls - up from the previous capacity of 24. Facilities include two 16-bed dormitories, a sick bay, a homework and study room equipped with computers, and separate bedrooms and bathrooms for the house mother and staff.

The McCartney Residence sits on the beachfront property facing the black sand beach of Bull Bay. When designing the house, we wanted it to stand the test of time. The project features an Infiniti pool that will be the venue of many a sunset. Who says you can't have a luxury home in St. Thomas?
