At the National Music Conservatory, we gave each floor its own voice—assigning a unique color to every level, transforming hallways into subtle compositions of rhythm and identity.

From the entrance to the seventh floor, every painted door and corridor now hums with its own tone—creating movement, memory, and meaning throughout the building.

A renovation that resonates.

The reception area of the National Music Conservatory is designed to exude energy and sophistication, with a color palette combining vibrant mustard yellow and calming chambray blue, creating a lively yet serene atmosphere. Wooden furniture, including a sleek reception desk and comfortable seating adds timeless elegance and warmth to the space. Lighting is carefully curated to be both functional and relaxing, with a mix of ambient and accent lighting to create an inviting, well-lit environment. Graphics of musical instruments subtly adorn the walls, tying the space to the conservatory’s artistic focus without overwhelming the design.

The ground floor is completely integrated with the back garden; the living room, dining area and kitchen are all connected to it. Shaded outdoor seating areas were provided for residents to enjoy their garden throughout the day.

The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms, a family living room in addition to a balcony overlooking the pool. Villa’s dirty kitchen and pool’s mechanical room were placed in the basement to maintain guest’s comfort and privacy.

Introducing one of our recent proposals, which presents a securely gated private compound, composing of 5 completely separated villas centered with a shared guest parking.
The compound has a highly secured entrance which only allows residents and their guests to access.

Privacy was taken into consideration when designing the compound in order for residents to enjoy their outdoor and indoor spaces without interruption to their comfort.

Staff’s building was placed in the front yard’s corner in order to separate it from the villa. However, it’s served by an internal courtyard in which the rooms are open to. It provides natural light and ventilation without affecting the privacy of residents.

The layout of the house allows for both social gatherings and intimate family moments. On the ground floor, the living room area open up to the pool and outdoor making it perfect for entertainment, while the upper floor includes 4 bedrooms and a more private living room with a terrace for the family to enjoy.

تدعوكم لجنة المعماريين الشباب وبالتعاون مع لجنة العمارة والمدينة في الشعبة المعمارية للمشاركة في المسابقة التفاعلية، وسهرة ال QUIZ NIGHT، حيث ستتضمن فقرات و اسئلة متنوعة وفرصة المنافسة بين الفرق المشاركة بأجواء حماسية.
الحدث هو عبارة عن تحدي بين المهندسين يتم من خلاله المنافسة على اجابة اسئلة في مختلف المجالات لحتى يجمع الفريق العدد الاكبر من النقاط و يفوز بالمسابقة.
التسجيل على شكل فرق مكونة من ٦ أفراد او اقل، في حال الرغبة في المشاركة بشكل فردي الرجاء التسجيل وسيتم تجميع أفرقة للمشاركين فردياً.
تشتمل السهرة على فقرة موسيقية وعزف على آلة الكمان مع المبدع رعد عيسوه، كما تشتمل على وجبة عشاء وجلسة للتفاعل بين المهندسين من جميع الأعمار.

Architectural language in this residential building is a play of solid and void - carving deep openings within protruding stone walls, and allowing floor slabs to extend beyond their function and overlap with the adjacent elements for stronger visual connections.
