AK Residence
A Modern House on a slope in Alfuhais, near Amman, Jordan.
The 950 sqm house sits on an 1850 sqm land; overlooking the beautiful Fuhais landscapes. The challenge was to create an architecture that embraces the slope and blends with nature.
Completed in 2020

A New Completed Project by our Creative team

Project : Digital Innovation Hub
Scope : Interior Design

The work environment is a very important aspect that induces productivity and creativity. The Client wanted to create a work space environment where the employees would live, create, innovate, and produce. The goal was to achieve a modern chique office space with the flexibility to be fully open and yet partially close.
We located a green well lit area in the middle of the space (The heart of the project) with a 75m long running track; to encourage the employees to walk/run while working or thinking, and added recreational areas for snacking and playing while working (Healthy body = Healthy Mind). we also created an outdoor terrace for fresh air and we opened the elevations to add panoramic views of old Amman.
To add flexibility to the space, we added foldable partitions that can close off areas of meetings, and we created a circular room, that we chose to call the brainstorming area, were everyone sits around and think.
And since privacy is important; were distributed closed phone booths that allow silence and privacy, one of which was large enough to have a 4 person meeting inside.
And since colors are key players in inducing creativity, we chose fashionable reds, blues, mustard, and greens to give the space a playful, but yet formal, vibe.

Architecture at night reveals beauty from the inside out…

Architecture with a view....

S&R Residential Villa

Having a view is usually accompanied by a slope. This piece of Architecture is owned by a beautiful young modern Couple and their children, Located in Saru near As-Sult, Jordan.

The irregular shape of land with a slope made it challenging to design; Hence the entrance was designed from the main street into the ground floor, which had the bedrooms, while the living spaces were in the first basement level! (The plans are at the end of the slideshow) to create a welcoming experience; the main lobby opened to a double-volumed space at the basement level with a glass curtain wall to expose the outstanding views of Baqaa and Wasfi Al Tal Forest.

As The owner of the house is a specialist in Energy and sustainability; she insisted her house must have a passive energy design with zero energy loss.

The result was this beautiful sustainable Villa opening up to this lavishing view...

We were blessed to design this project for such great clients...
