【New arrivals】絹とウールの絨毯 [C26-5・C26-3]



上質なシルクとウールのカーペットを弊社オンラインストアに更新いたしました。どちらもピンクを基調にしていますがシルクは鮮やかに、ウールは落ち着いた色調で花や鳥がちりばめられた美しく愛らしい図柄。フリンジを除き約237×140ｃｍ、208×135ｃｍ程と前回ご紹介したものより大きめのサイズです。詳しくは弊社webと店頭でご覧いただけます。

We have added high-quality silk and wool carpets to our online store. Both feature a pink color scheme, but the silk version has a vibrant hue, while the wool version has a more subdued tone, with beautiful, charming patterns adorned with flowers and birds. Excluding the fringe, the dimensions are approximately 237 × 140 cm and 208 × 135 cm, making them slightly larger than the items we previously introduced. We have added two vintage silk carpets, each approximately 120 cm long, to our online store. Both feature the lustrous sheen and luxurious texture of silk—just touching them brings a sense of contentment.

着物用キャビネット入荷いたしました！

Size:W 111cm / D 48cm / H 182cm

アールデコ調のデザインで外見は洋風、中身は着物仕様の和風仕立てキャビネット。楢材が使われており、細かな装飾や把手金具との組み合わせも格好良し。

観音扉の中は上に二段の棚板と2杯の小抽斗があり、その下には4杯の乱れ盆。下部の抽斗は小抽斗を合わせて6杯と収納力も抜群です。

現在、店舗バックヤードに保管しておりますので、ご来店の際はスタッフにお声がけください。

This cabinet features an Art Deco design; while its exterior has a Western style, the interior is crafted in a Japanese style to accommodate the storage of kimonos. Made of oak, it boasts exquisite detailing and a beautiful combination with the metal hardware on the handles.
Inside the hinged doors, there are two shelves at the top and two small drawers, with four open shelves arranged below. The lower section features a total of six drawers, including the small ones, offering exceptional storage capacity.
This cabinet is currently stored in the back of the store, so please ask a staff member when you visit.

亀に乗る浦島太郎と彼方に見える竜宮城が描かれ、見る度におのずとあの歌を口遊さみたくなります。

もう一つは木陰で読書をする老師と天真爛漫な笑顔を見せる侍童の微笑ましい図。

こんな器で誰かとお茶する時間も大切ですね。

“Urashima Taro” and “Chinese Scholar Reading”

This painting depicts Urashima Taro, a character from a traditional Japanese
folktale, riding on a turtle, with a castle visible in the distance at the
bottom of the sea. Whenever a Japanese person sees this painting, they will
likely find themselves humming the song of “Urashima Taro.”
The other depicts a scholar reading a book in the shade of a tree,
accompanied by a young attendant who sits beside him with a relaxed, beaming smile-a heartwarming scene.
I’d love to enjoy a cup of tea with someone in a relaxed atmosphere using a teacup like this.

【New arrival 桐衣裳箪笥　SHŌNAI KIRI Clothing chest】

Size(約):W88cm,D42.5cm, H121.5cm



正面に桐材が使われた庄内地方の衣裳箪笥。

開き戸を持たず、抽斗だけで構成された簡潔なつくりは衣裳箪笥としての端正な姿を際立たせます。

柔らかな桐の色に雪輪紋形の錠前金具や軍配形の把手などの赤茶を帯びた錺金具が美しく映えた一棹。

錠前金具に細かく彫り込まれた松竹梅や鶴亀は一つ一つ異なり、それらを目で追う楽しさも。

KIMONO Clothing chest from the Shonai region featuring a paulownia wood front.

Its design is simple, consisting solely of drawers with no hinged doors. The lock hardware in a snowflake pattern and the gunbai-shaped handles stand out beautifully against the natural finish of the paulownia wood. Additionally, auspicious motifs such as cranes and turtles, as well as pine, bamboo, and plum blossoms, are carved within the snowflake patterns.

When I unrolled this piece, which had been loosely and somewhat crushed in its roll, I felt a beauty that is difficult to express in words.

Even the areas where the pile has worn away strike me as appealing.

新年のレイアウト替え。
縄文と弥生時代の土器を展示しております。

年末のイベントとは打って変わってゆとりを持った配置に致しました。でゆったりご覧頂けるかと。

サイズは1番大きな土器で高さ50cm、小さい物で十数センチほどです。

数千年を経てきた物。それ自体での存在感も充分ありますが、枝物やこれから芽吹く草花と合わせるのもいいですね。

A new layout for the New Year.
We are now exhibiting pottery from the Jomon and Yayoi periods that date back thousands of years.

In stark contrast to our year-end event, the exhibits are arranged more spaciously so that you can take your time looking around.

The largest vessel is 50cm tall, while the smallest is only about 10cm tall.

It would be nice to combine sculptures that are thousands of years old with newly emerging plants and flowers.
