つくしがひっこり顔を出し、その傍らに藪萱草も静かにいました。
白磁の向付にイカを盛り、つくしと藪萱草を添えました。
ほのかな春の苦味を楽しみました。

I prepared squid sashimi with yabukanzō and tukushi shoots.
