此案為中古屋翻新，
探索的是光與材質之間的細微過渡，
以及空間中無聲的連結。
面對高齡化社會的現實，
我們重新想像三代共居的可能性，
以柔性邊界打造既具機能性，
又承載記憶與情感延續的生活空間。
評価コメント
柔らかな曲線と抑制された色彩が、静けさと安らぎをもたらす住宅である。開口部からの自然光が壁面を滑らかに移ろい、居住者の生活に心地よい緩やかな時間の流れを与えているだろうと想像する。ゾーニングはシンプルでありながら各空間が緩やかにつながり、素材や色の切り替えが天井の造形と相まって多様なシーンを創出し心地よい距離感や境界を示す要素となっている。素材の質感や空気感を重視したデザイン姿勢が全体を通して貫かれており、この住宅の詩的魅力を高めている。
Public Comment
The gentle curves and restrained tones immerses residents in tranquility. Natural light coming from the opening seamlessly casts shadows across the walls, letting the residents rest in a pleasant and gentle flow of time. Spaces are smoothly connected by simple zoning. Change of tones and materials resonate with the shape of the ceiling, creating various scenes and defining comfortable distance and boundaries. The design style focusing on texture of materials and ambience of the space is consistent throughout the home, enhancing the house’s sensory appeal.
