The key to living a holistic life is to live a life that aligns with your intentions and beliefs...
What’s up, peeps! Haruka from Gut Chef Japan is here! 👋
Since I made a big move this April, I’ve had lots of time to think about what truly matters to me and what kind of life I want to live.🤔
Here are some glimpses of the things that matter to me:
➡️ I want to spend as much time as possible with my puppy and kittens, hence I want to work from home.
➡️ I want to have enough time to go to a local farmers’ market and supermarket multiple times a week and experiment with cooking.
➡️ I want to have enough energy to do some sort of exercise during the week.
➡️ I want to live a life where, when I turn 80, I won’t regret the things I didn’t try.
🤯 One thing that blew my mind when I joined my health coaching school back in 2022 was realizing that you can eat all the healthy food in the world, but if you surround yourself with people who drain you or have work that constantly exhausts you, those healthy habits can only take you so far.
Yes, health isn’t just about eating well, sleeping well, and exercising.
I’m not trying to add more things to your health checklist.
Instead, I believe one of the most important factors in our health is living a life that aligns with our intentions and beliefs.✨
Since I moved here, I’ve had a lot of time to think about the things I don’t like doing, and that has helped me realize what I want to do more of.
I don’t know where my life is headed, but I’ve definitely been trying many of the things I’ve wanted to try throughout my life.
And it’s not just about getting good results or achieving something when you try something new.
Sometimes you try something and realize it’s simply not for you—and that’s okay! That’s part of the process, too.
So, what is one thing you want to do for the rest of 2026 that you’ve been putting off but finally want to get around to? ⤵️
