ザ・リッツ・カールトン福岡では、福岡の伝統工芸「博多曲物」の技に触れる特別なワークショップを開催いたします。県の無形文化財にも指定されているこの技法を用いて、福岡で唯一の博多曲物の工芸士 柴田 玉樹 氏の指導のもと、オリジナルのお弁当箱を制作いただけます。
完成したお弁当箱に、日本料理「幻珠」のシェフが厳選した地元の食材で一品一品丁寧にお作りしたお料理を贅沢にお詰めした特製弁当をご用意。九州産 黒毛和牛や海の幸、旬の野菜をふんだんに使用した三種類のお弁当から、事前にお好みのものをお選びいただけます。
お食事は、「幻珠」の落ち着いた空間、またはご宿泊のお客様はお部屋にて、日本有数の高級茶である福岡の八女茶とともにお愉しみください。制作されたお弁当箱は、西村織物 特製の博多織の風呂敷とともにお持ち帰りいただけます。

The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka is delighted to present an exclusive workshop that offers guests an opportunity to engage with the traditional craft of "Hakata Magemono." This technique, designated as an Intangible Cultural Property of Fukuoka Prefecture, will be taught by Tamaki Shibata,
the city's only certified master craftsman. Under her expert guidance, guests will handcraft their own original bento box.
Upon completion, guests can enjoy a bespoke bento box meticulously prepared by the chefs of our Japanese restaurant, Genjyu. The menu features three options, allowing you to choose from a selection of carefully sourced local ingredients, including premium Kyushu Kuroge Wagyu beef, fresh seafood, and seasonal vegetables. You can savor your meal in the serene ambiance of Genjyu or, for in-house guests, in the privacy of your own room, accompanied by Fukuoka's renowned Yamecha, one of Japan's finest teas.
The handcrafted bento box, along with a special Hakata-ori furoshiki can be taken home as a lasting keepsake.
