The cups we use for our cocktails have arrived.
At Kansōsh*tsu, we don’t use stemmed glassware.
Instead, we serve our drinks in cups made by Seiryū Gama
a traditional Hirashimizu pottery from Yamagata.
A thin rim.
A shape that settles naturally in the hand.
A quiet white, reminiscent of mountains just before the snow melts.
