That’s now the talk around the village — “Come, come! Come and see a house growing like a plant!”

Day 4 and the foundation is up, while the walls, windows and doors are already about 50% complete.

Our client told us his wife actually took 10 days’ leave just to witness their dream home being assembled. 😄

Now the whole village is watching and talking in low tones.

Day 5: complete the shell.
Then the roofing team takes over, and within roughly 10 days, a fully enclosed, waterproof and burglar-proof shell is born.

After that, the next phase belongs to the client — interior finishes done according to their taste, style and budget.

At quotation stage, TRADITIONAL construction usually looks cheaper than PRECAST.

And that is exactly how many clients get trapped. 😁🫵🏽

You compare two quotations and conclude:

“Precast is expensive.”

Lakini subiri mjengo ianze. 😂

Suddenly the “cheap” traditional quote starts producing children:

Extra cement.
Extra sand.
Extra labour.
Extra transport.
Additional works.
Delays.
