A well-designed beauty space should do more than look good. It should support the business behind it.

For Beauty Avenue, we completed a full interior fit-out designed to bring multiple beauty and wellness services together within one cohesive, branded environment.

The facility includes:

- Reception and client waiting area
- Nail bar and manicure stations
- Dedicated pedicure area
- Barbering and hair salon stations
- Private waxing room
- Massage and treatment room

The layout makes purposeful use of the available floor space, accommodating different services while creating distinct areas for each experience. This allows the business to serve different client needs under one roof and create multiple revenue streams from a single location.

The design brings together earthy oranges, greens and warm wooden flooring to create a welcoming, contemporary atmosphere. Branding extends beyond the entrance and reception to the massage room linens, pillows and nail polish display, carrying the Beauty Avenue identity throughout the customer journey.

Client: Barberian Beauty Spa
Location: Syokimau, Nairobi
Status: Ongoing
Project: Interior Fit-Out & Interior Design

For Barberian Beauty Spa, we are currently transforming the space into a complete beauty and grooming facility, with the final design taking shape through both the ongoing construction and our 3D visualisations.

The project includes:

- Barbering and salon stations
- Manicure and pedicure area
- Lounge and staircase area
- Massage room
- Custom lighting and interior finishes
- Mirrors, furniture and other final installations

The fit-out is still in progress, with lighting, chairs, mirrors, finishes, the staircase, lounge area and specialist treatment spaces currently being completed.

The renders give a glimpse of where we're headed, while the ongoing site work shows the process of bringing that design into reality.

Project: Interior Fit-Out & Ceiling Design

A church interior has a different set of priorities. The space needs to accommodate congregation, worship and ministry while remaining comfortable and functional for everyone who uses it.

For PCEA Kayole, we completed an interior fit-out with particular attention to the ceiling design, which became the defining architectural feature of the space.

The project included:

- Main worship and congregation areas
- Elevated balcony-style seating
- Dedicated areas for the choir and pastoral team
- Interior finishing and fit-out works
- Custom ceiling design

The approach was intentionally clean and functional, with the ceiling adding visual character and helping give the interior a stronger sense of scale.

A full-service beauty spa in Nairobi designed for how clients actually experience the space, from the moment they sit down for a pedicure to the time they leave the shampoo station.

We focused on three things that matter to operators:
1. Clear zoning so services flow without congestion
2. Comfortable, durable seating that elevates the client experience
3. A colour and material palette that feels premium without looking dated in two years

The result is a space that supports higher perceived value, longer dwell time, and a stronger brand impression. Without sacrificing practicality.

One year ago, we celebrated the grand opening of with , a day filled with celebration and the excitement of opening the doors for the very first time.

But a year later, we think the real milestone is what comes after the opening.

A business space is not just designed to look good on day one. It has to support the business day after day, withstand constant use, and continue reflecting the standard of the brand long after the celebrations are over.

That’s what makes milestones like this worth celebrating.

365 days later, and Lazuli Salon & Spa is still writing its story, happy 1st anniversary!
