A modern contemporary kitchen  designed right, and for how you actually live.

Our design was anchored on a few key elements our client was sure about:

● A waterfall-edge breakfast area in matte black with gold-brown veining: Sahara Noir
●A coffee station, two sinks, inbuilt appliances, potfiller, plenty of storage  and a special place for her fresh produce
Everything else? That's where our creativity and expertise took over. We retained the existing wood-look floor tiles and built the design around them.

Here are the elements we added to tie the whole look together:
● Matte grey handleless cabinetry
● A Carrara feature splashback
● Backlit display cabinet + under-cabinet task lighting
● Pull-out pantry for dry goods
● Timber and wood accents  in measured doses:  The glass cabinets with wood accents, floating wooden shelves and clever timber storage on the island.
● A breakfast bar for slow mornings, work, and conversation 😍

The result: a kitchen that's calm, functional, and truly hers.✅️👌✅️

WE MERGED THOUGHTFUL DESIGN AND TRUE HOSPITALITY.

Every corner of this short-stay residence was created with the guest in mind; calm tones to help you unwind, layered textures that feel like home, and spaces that flow effortlessly from rest to work to relaxation.

Because great hospitality begins long before check-in it starts with design.

Another new build project on our work pipeline.

•We were brought in at shell & core stage on this new build and we've hit our first milestone.

•Technical drawings complete. ✅️

•Our first engagement with the service team is done. The goal was to bring all the moving parts of the space into alignment early. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing all coordinated with the design intent before anything gets built in the wrong place.

•If your building is going up right now and you haven't locked in your interior design team that conversation is already overdue. Lets help you shape your space while it can still be shaped

Let's talk.
