Genesis Architects is predominantly a provider of technical services. Our emphasis therefore when it comes to people is to highlight the experiences of those of us within the practice that would actually carry out and oversee the Design and Construction of the various buildings that we have had the privilege of participating in. We will also mention the people offering Administrative and
Other support services without which the firm would not be enjoying its current success. Technical Services
The Technical Services Department is in charge of ensuring that all the Design functions are professionally carried out to ensure successful implementation of all the projects. This department is directed by the managing architect and has two registered Architects, a qualified Interior Designer, and one Landscape Designer, as well as two CAD specialists. Administrative Services
The office also maintains an independent administrative wing that takes care of the daily management of office practice. On occasion, the firm has had to retain the services of specialists in various fields relating to the nature of work it is undertaking, and over-time we have developed a database of building design consultants that are available any time a commission relevant to their field of specialization is won.
