We are currently seeking to fill the role of an Architectural Design Technician.

Requirements:
1. Diploma in Architecture/ Architectural Technology
2. At least 5 years hands on experience with 2D and 3D sketching and detailing of projects
3. Must possess experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software skills and other related 3d render applications.
4. Demonstratable experience on project sites required.
5. Must be professional, affable, reliable and ethical.

As we come to the end of the year 2021, GAPL Kenya has a reason to celebrate a few wins in our culture of self-development. As a firm, and in our commitment to we endevor to promote a company culture that prioritizes personal development among its team. Innovative thinking, learning, and growth; have not only become a core value of the company, but they also have taken on a more personal meaning for each member of our team. These values have become natural to everyone individually. And when we come together as a team, bringing these values to the table becomes effortless.

This year we saw this culture practiced by not only our top management but also team members. Arch. Mugure Njendu started the year strong, becoming an Edge Expert. In August of this year, she was one of five Africans to be appointed as council members of International Union of Architects Council this, in the heals of her retirement as the AAK president. We close the year with a bang! In the recognition of efforts as an advocate of sustainable architecture, and named the top professional in Green real estate influencers by Mandalore Partners.

Ms. Monicah and have followed suit and have accomplished their education milestones and graduated; with honours form Nairobi University and Nairobi Institute of Technology respectively, in the field of Architecture. They continue to put their knowledge to use especially in the area of Sustainable Architecture and are a big part of Advancing the message of BUILT for GOOD; founded by Arch. Mugure.
