Beware of your business competitors, spies, or client thieves.

1. They come to you asking for product or service prices

2. The enquire about your delivery services and payment methods, etc.

3. They bargain down to your lowest price

4. They ask for references, yaani wanataka you connect them to your previous customers waulizie if they were satisfied with your product/service.

6. They go and create their unique marketing strategy that far-outweighs yours. This include but isn't limited to prices, discounts, free or affordable delivery services, payment terms, etc.

7. They contact your clients(the ones you used for references) with their interesting offers or service pitch. And that's how you lose your customers and competition edge.

Lesson: If your prospetive client asks a lot of questions or hits you with unreasonable bargaining, just know they won't buy.

If someone asks for references, don't refer them to your clients, tell them to read comments from your page.
