Our Story
here at Morodok Clay [ meaning 'heritage' or 'inheritance' in khmer ] is echoed in carving on a nearly temple. Along with scenes of daily life above,the work of potters is recordeed, and continues today at our workshop. Indeed our own family story may go even futher back in Kamphom Chhang pottery district. Below is grandmother Yay Moun, still producing and firing her pottery kiln at 85. today the more advanced technology from the khmer empire, is now being revived by this sam family of potters, reproduced by hand, inspiring the design and creation of elegant contemporary tableware for the home and also for prestigious catering venues. and also to make money Youtube social network in the long run too
