Waited a long time for this. The Shrimp Cocktail has been a long tradition we've had at Christmas but now I've been able to start enjoying a real cheese and cold cuts Cracker platter now. I was able to get some Rosemary and Olive Oil Triscuits and some classic Saltines Crackers off Coupang now.

Merry Christmas and I hope you have some of your favorites!

This platter contains classic Italian salami, jamon, Serrano chorizo, havarti, mild cheddar, and Münster cheese with Rosemary & Olive Oil Triscuits and Original Premium Saltine Crackers.

First times for this year... found some Jamaican imported Allspice Berries for my jerk seasoning in 2026. I also have some scotch bonnets I put on my veranda just before the snow hit so I should be able to get some truly FRESH scotch bonnets for my popup I'm planning in February. Stay tuned for those details... always trying to get as close as I can with authentic Jamaican food.

27 Dried Scotch Bonnet Peppers (2025 harvest). After grinding into a nice powder, they came to 14g just about. That goes a long way though, and was coughing up a storm after all that spicy dust hit the air.
