[A34M420, High-performance Cortex-M4 F Core-based Microcontroller with Dual-Bank Flash Memory for Motor Control, Is Now Available]

The A34M420 is equipped with a 140 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4F core, 1 MB Dual-Bank flash memory NOTE, 32 KB data flash memory, and 64 KB SRAM.

With three 1.5 Msps 12-bit ADC units and 2-channel MPWM, the A34M420 can control two inverter motors or one inverter motor and Power Factor Correction (PFC). This microcontroller also supports a variety of peripherals, including 16-bit Timer, UART 6-channel, SPI 3-channel, and I2C 2-channel.

[ A96L116, an Ultra-Low-Power Microcontroller Targeting the Internet of Things and Battery Application Markets ]

ABOV Semiconductor recently launched the A96L116 series of ultra-low-power products with significantly improved current consumption, targeting the fast-growing Internet of Things and battery-operated applications markets.

The A96L116 series is a product that minimizes current consumption, offering power consumption of only 94 μA/MHz in normal operating mode and low power performance of 0.35 μA in STOP mode. In particular, it can wake up to normal operating mode within 5 μs from STOP mode, making it particularly suitable for IoT products in battery applications.
