Our cotton grows in the landscapes of Laos, shaped by sunlight, rain, and the changing seasons. Each cotton boll is picked by hand.
우리가 사용하는 코튼은 루앙프라방의 자연 속에서 자랍니다. 계절을 기다리고, 햇빛을 견디고, 비를 머금으며 자란 코튼은 사람의 손으로 하나씩 수확됩니다.
We do not rush nature. We follow its rhythm — from cotton to thread, from thread to fabric.

Every piece of fabric begins not with a machine, but with human hands.
한 장의 천은 기계가 아니라 사람의 손에서 시작됩니다.

Spinning cotton into thread, weaving on a wooden loom, and dyeing with colors drawn from bark, leaves, earth, and plants.
Each step carries knowledge passed down through generations.
실을 잣고, 베틀 앞에 앉아 천을 짜고, 나무껍질과 잎, 흙에서 얻은 색으로 천을 물들이는 일. 이 모든 과정은 오랜 시간 이어져 온 손의 기억입니다.

GAEBI is a cotton-based handmade lifestyle brand in Luang Prabang, Laos. We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and motivated "Sales Associate" to join our team.

# # Working Hours

: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days per week)

# # Salary
-Starting from 4.5 million LAK + commission
* The final salary will be based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.

# # Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers.
* Introduce and sell GAEBI products.
* Collect customer feedback.
* Maintain the shop's daily operations and product displays.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Check and manage product inventory.
* Support other store-related tasks as needed.

# # Requirements
* 25–35 years old
* Friendly, responsible, and eager to learn.
* English-speaking applicants are preferred.
* Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Before a textile becomes a product, it begins as a promise.

Not in a factory.
Not on a production line.
But in a quiet field, waiting for the rain.

May to June marks the beginning of the cotton planting season in Laos.

As the rainy season softens the earth, our farmers begin sowing seeds by hand. Here, cotton grows with rain, not pipes—in perfect rhythm with nature.

This year, three generations worked side by side in the field: grandfather, father, and grandson.

Knowledge that cannot be found in books is passed from one pair of hands to another, carrying forward generations of experience, stories, and respect for the land.

Before planting, many Tai Lue farming families hold a traditional ceremony—a moment of gratitude and respect. A gentle reminder that the harvest is a collaboration, not just human effort.

For us, this is more than farming.

It is a philosophy: nature is not a resource to control, but a partner to grow with.

We have just started our season.

In time, these seeds will become cotton.

Eventually, they will find their place in your home and your daily rituals.
