+961 81 011 536 للطلب عبر الواتساب أطايب طرابلس هو مطبخ تأسّس في 2014 في مركز روّاد المجتمعي كجزء من مكوّن تمكين المرأة والمجتمع. يجمع هذا المطبخ سيّدات من التبانة وجبل محسن ممّن يعانين صعوبات مالية أو اللّواتي كنّ ضحايا نزاعات مسلحة، ويهتمّ بتطوير مهارات الطبخ والم

هارات الادارية لديهنّ بهدف خلق نشاط مدرّ للدخل.
مساهمة المطبخ لا تقتصر على التمكين الاقتصادي للنساء وعائلاتهن من خلال توفير فرص عمل وتدريبات، بل يساهم المطبخ في تغذية صندوق المنح للشباب الخاص بروّاد التنمية.
منذ انشائه، قدّم مطبخ أطايب طرابلس الطعام لأكثر من 100 زبون أغلبهم منظّمات غير حكوميّة محليّة أو دوليّة كالIRC، Mercycorps، Care International، Oxfam، Save the Children، War Child، British Council، WFPوغيرها. Atayeb Tarablos community kitchen is a social entreprise that was established in summer 2014 by Ruwwad, as part of the women advancement component under the community support program. It brought together women from Tebbaneh and Jabal Mohsen in financial distress and those who are victims of armed conflict and developed their cooking and managerial skills by TOP notch chefs to facilitate access to job opportunities creating an income generation activity. The kitchen is not only economically empowering women and their dependents through jobs, trainings and apprenticeships, but is also educationally contributing to the Ruwwad Youth Scholarship Fund Program. Atayeb has been catering - since establishment - for more than 100 customers, from whom 80% are national and international organizations such as ICRC, Mercycorps, Care International, Oxfam, Save the Children, War Child, British Council, World Food Program…
