Friday evening was spent helping a friend. Sometimes the unplanned cakes turn out to be the best you’ve made. This was so peaceful and satisfying to decorate. It was raining, friendly banter was going on, our resources were limited but the result was more than what we hoped for🥰

This is what I do when tomatoes are cheaper to buy. I can make ketchup with this when I need. And I use this in Manchurian, Deviled Dishes instead of store brought ketchup with so many chemicals. These come in handy for Pasta Sauces as well. And they last in the freezer for months!

I made Graham crackers so cheesecake was ready to follow!!
With the adorable little vanilla pecks these were so soft like a baby’s cheeks. The best mini cheesecakes I’ve made so far.
Paired with Mulberry compote from homegrown mulberries. It honestly doesn’t get much better than this
