Design in progress. Vision taking shape.

We’re currently crafting an ultra-modern interior concept for a residence in Nawala—focusing on the foyer, living, and dining spaces where first impressions and everyday living come together seamlessly. Clean lines, bold geometry, and a refined material palette are at the core of this design direction.

While these key spaces are in the design stage, the rest of the home—including 3 bedrooms, a private home cinema, and a rooftop terrace—is already underway. A complete lifestyle experience, thoughtfully planned from entrance to elevation.

We’ve successfully completed the design phase of a hospitality project in Athurugiriya—bringing together a restaurant, bar, and lounge within a single, cohesive space.

As a renovation, the focus was on reimagining the existing structure into a well-planned environment that balances functionality, flow, and atmosphere.

The design blends modern contemporary elements with subtle modern classic touches—creating a space that feels both refined and inviting.

We now look forward to the next phase, where we’ll oversee the project through to implementation—ensuring everything comes together exactly as envisioned.

Design Progress Update | Residential Interior Project – Battaramulla

We’re excited to share an update from one of our ongoing residential interior design projects in Battaramulla, currently approaching the final stages of the design phase.

This home spans approximately 1,456 sq.ft across multiple levels, and our scope covers the complete interior design vision—from the entrance lobby, living and dining areas, pantry, to bedrooms, family lounges, entertainment room, and terrace spaces.

Our focus throughout this project has been on:
• Smart space planning for everyday living
• Custom-designed furniture and built-in elements
• Carefully selected finishes, colour palettes, and lighting
• Detailed technical drawings to ensure smooth ex*****on

With 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and technical documentation now nearing completion, we’re looking forward to seeing this design move seamlessly into ex*****on very soon.

We’re Hiring – Junior Interior Designer (Remote | Sri Lanka)

At Xcentric Interiors, we believe great design goes beyond aesthetics — it’s about creating spaces that reflect purpose, comfort, and personality. We’re expanding our design team and looking for a Junior Interior Designer who’s creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow.

If you’re passionate about interiors and want to work on projects that span residential, office, and hospitality spaces, this could be your next big step.

What You’ll Do
- Support in developing design concepts and layouts.
- Prepare 3D visuals, presentation boards, and BOQs.
- Assist in sourcing materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Coordinate remotely with suppliers, fabricators, and contractors.
Participate in virtual meetings and occasional site visits for quality checks.

What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Creative mindset, strong design sense, and eye for detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
