🎂Have you ever been in love with a cake? Well, I think I fell in love with this one!

I was kindly requested to make an Emoji themed cake for a beautiful 2-year old girl and I got really inspired to make it for her!

This is a 3-layer, mango and coconut flavored sponge cakes, with coconut custard and pineapple/mango jam. Frosted with a mango and coconut white chocolate ganache/buttercream. All the details are made of fondant.

June 27, 2026 - 154 Kultūros hosted my first "pastillas-making workshop" in Kaunas. Despite the heat, the participants really enjoyed the workshop.

I survived 😅👏 and really enjoyed it. The participants were so kind and understanding, and I really felt loved and accepted ❤️. I tried my very best to speak Lithuanian the whole time ☺️

Mabuhay! To celebrate the Philippine Independence Day on the 12th of June, Socialoftas and Kamal Karibou is hosting a Philippine cultural dinner with the theme "It was named for us", on June 20, 2026, Saturday from 17:30.

“It was named for us” suggests that while many Filipino dishes were given Spanish names, the food itself—its ingredients, techniques, and cultural roots—already existed, carrying a deeper identity beyond the labels imposed on it.
