TĪNŪŽI — A PLACE RETURNING

Once, there was a house here. Then, one day, it was simply gone. Burned to the ground. But the land remained. Now, after years of being untouched, the site is entering a new chapter.

This is what we hope grows here:
a sacred geometry park, a sauna, a few small reed cabins, so people can come, stay a while, get in tune with nature and come back to themselves. A community.

For us this is more than just another building project. It is a way to honor our roots, our heritage and a way of tending what was handed down, so that what comes next is lighter.

Rebuilding a place, we think, can quietly rebuild something in the people who belong to it, and in those who visit.

TĪNŪŽI — A PLACE RETURNING

Less than an hour from Riga, there is a piece of land that has belonged to a family for generations.

Old trees, tall grass, a lot of quiet. And in the middle of it, two brick chimneys — once, there was a house here. Then, one day, the family arrived to find that it was simply gone. Burned to the ground. But the land remained.

Now, after years of being untouched, the site is entering a new chapter.

For the VIVENTE team, this is more than a building project. It is a personal one. A tribute to the family and a way of tending what was handed down, so that what comes next is lighter. Rebuilding a place, we think, can quietly rebuild something in the people who belong to it, and in those who visit.

A house built around proportion.

The golden ratio sets the underlying geometry, giving the plan a sense of order without making it feel too rigid. One level keeps everyday life connected, while large areas of glass extend the living spaces towards the garden and a generous timber terrace.

Inside, the layout separates what needs privacy from what is meant to be shared: four bedrooms and three bathrooms sit around a generous central living space.

The architecture of all our homes rely on proportion, daylight, material and the relationship between inside and out.

Our focus is always on natural elements and sustainable materials that would improve the quality of life for the people living there.

Look closely at almost anything that grew rather than got manufactured — a shell, a fern, a stand of trees, the veins in a leaf — and the same proportions keep returning. They return because they work: the strongest, the most efficient, the most stable are the ones that last.

We recognize them without knowing we do. Walk into space built on them and the body calms — presence rises, tension drops, the room reads as safe. Walk into a grid of hard angles and something stays quietly on guard.

VIVENTE begins a house from those forms rather than applying them at the end. Sacred geometry as structure and logic, not just a decorative element. The work of the architecture is to settle into what nature already solved, and then get out of its way.

Nature designs better than we do. The task is to understand that, and adapt.
