Did you know that flowers and doing what you love can open doors you never even imagined? 🌸
This summer, thanks to my flowers, I met two wonderful women who also put their hearts into everything they do.
Photographer Sandija Nereta reached out to me - someone who captures fleeting moments and sees so much beauty in the smallest details. Her photographs hold onto all of it: the feeling, the light, and the person behind the smile. Those of you who have been photographed by Sandija will know exactly what I mean. 🤍
Through her, I also met brows • lami • permanent • makeup - a warm, talented makeup artist with a wonderful instinct for bringing out your beauty while making sure you still feel like yourself. So when you look in the mirror, and later at the photographs, you love what you see and recognise yourself. Līva loves what she does, and you can feel it.
At the time, I had no idea how perfectly timed this meeting would turn out to be. When the magazine maja.laukos contacted me to share the story of my passion and asked for a photograph of me, I finally had something to send! Because if you look through my phone’s photo gallery, it’s mostly flowers, more flowers and… even more flowers. 😄🌿
